Introduction & Eligibility

Welcome to 999cv. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement governing the use of the 999cv website and services. By accessing, browsing, or creating an account on this website, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using 999cv's services. 999cv reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and registered users will be notified of significant changes.

Important: This service is for users aged 21 and above only. Failure to verify age will result in account suspension and any deposited funds will be returned.

Account Registration & Eligibility

To create an account and use 999cv's services, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

Age & Identity

You must be 21 years of age or older.
Only one account per person is permitted.
Accurate and complete information must be provided at the time of registration.
A valid identity document may be required for account verification.
Opening an account in someone else's name or with false information is strictly prohibited.

Location & Legality

Online gaming must be legal in the area where you reside.
Accessing the service from restricted regions using a VPN or proxy is prohibited.
If the law changes in your area, you must close your account immediately.
999cv reserves the right to restrict or suspend services in any region.

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place on your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

999cv supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
Payments through third parties are strictly prohibited and such transactions will be cancelled.
Once a withdrawal request is reviewed and approved, it is generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
Wagering requirements must be met for withdrawals linked to bonuses (see Section 4 for details).
In accordance with anti-money-laundering policy, additional verification may be required for any withdrawal.

Withdrawal requests may be delayed if account verification is not complete. Please complete your national ID and payment verification in your account profile.

Bonus & Wagering Requirements

999cv offers attractive bonuses for new and existing players. However, specific terms apply to claiming and using these bonuses. Please make sure you fully understand these terms before claiming a bonus.

Welcome Bonus

100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.

Example: Deposit ৳1,000 → Receive ৳1,000 bonus → Total ৳2,000.
Example: Deposit ৳12,000 → Receive ৳5,000 bonus → Total ৳17,000.
The bonus amount will not exceed ৳5,000.
Wagering requirement: 20 times the bonus amount.
Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered.

General Bonus Terms

Each bonus offer has its own expiry period — if wagering is not completed within the set time, the bonus will be cancelled.
Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses is prohibited.
Certain games or bet amounts may not count toward wagering requirements.
Deposited funds may be withdrawn before wagering requirements are met, but the bonus will be forfeited in that case.
If bonus abuse is suspected, the account will be subject to investigation.

Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. 999cv reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

999cv is committed to ensuring a fair and safe gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:

Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through fraudulent means.
Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence to play games.
Operating multiple accounts from the same device or network.
Secretly colluding with other players.
Employing calculated betting strategies with the intent to abuse bonuses or promotions.
Exploiting technical flaws in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

If 999cv determines that an account is involved in any of the above activities, 999cv reserves the right to forfeit all balances, bonuses, and winnings associated with that account.

VIP Program & Cashback Policy

999cv's VIP Program has five tiers, where regular players can advance to higher tiers based on their activity and enjoy additional benefits.

Silver Tier

Weekly Cashback: up to 0.4%

Gold Tier

Weekly Cashback: up to 0.6%

Platinum Tier

Weekly Cashback: up to 0.8%

Diamond Tier

Weekly Cashback: up to 1.0%

VIP tier progression depends on the player's consistency and activity. Cashback is calculated on weekly betting losses and credited to the account. 999cv reserves the right to modify VIP Program terms at any time, but existing members will be notified in advance.

Service Disruptions & Liability

999cv is committed to providing the highest quality service, however service disruptions may occur in certain circumstances:

Scheduled maintenance (advance notice will be given).

Unexpected natural or other external circumstances.

999cv's liability for any financial loss arising from service disruptions is limited. However, for any bets in progress at the time of a disruption, we will endeavour to provide a fair resolution.

If a game session is interrupted due to a lost internet connection or a personal device issue, this does not fall under our service disruption policy. In such cases, the outcome will be determined based on server logs.

Account Suspension & Closure

999cv reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

Any violation of these Terms.
Providing false or incorrect information.
Abuse of bonuses or promotions.
Participation in fraudulent activities.
Inappropriate conduct toward other players or staff.
Legal or regulatory reasons.

If a rule violation is not proven at the time of account closure, the valid balance will be returned. If a violation is proven, 999cv will make a decision following an investigation.

Players may also request to close their account at any time. In that case, any outstanding withdrawable balance will be returned (subject to wagering requirements being met).
